Mom-of-three Jennifer Garner was seen out and about with 2-month-old son Samuel for the first time today (April 30). The mother-son duo were spotted at the doctor's office in Brentwood, Calif.
Jen's beautiful boy was photographed over the weekend while strolling with the nanny in Santa Monica.
