Heroes alum Ali Larter may enjoy a number of perks as an actress, but just like millions of other new moms around the world, leaving her 4-month-old son, Theodore Hayes MacArthur, to return to work for the first time was "absolutely traumatic in every way."
"I feel like all the working moms out there know how difficult it is and I think it's the great equalizer in life once you have a child," Larter tells Access Hollywood at Reebok's RealFlex footwear launch in New York City on Thursday (April 14).
